The stay was mainly for attending a concert nearby, which was incredibly convenient. The room was clean and quiet, making it feel like a comfortable dorm-style retreat. However, parking was a hassle, with only limited options available. Despite this, the helpfulness of the staff made up for it, especially when one of them helped me search for a free spot outside.

Perfect for a Family with children
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One afternoon, they had a playlist playing with our favorite NCT 127 songs which made my kids so happy, like they were at a mini concert in the lobby.
Not exactly a bargain but for what we got it was worth it.

Our group easily walked to the United Center for a Bulls game. Plus, mornings were perfect for jogging along the scenic nearby park. Rooms were clean, and the location was super convenient. Just a heads up, parking can be tight, so arrive early if driving. Overall, it was a solid choice for a fun getaway.
One small downer was the bedspread in our original room. It had a noticeable stain that made us request a change, but the front desk staff was a bit annoyed by our request. Moving rooms was a hassle, even though the next comforter was fine.

Great location with comfy amenities
I chose this hotel for its closeness to the United Center and was pleased with my stay. The room, though small, was well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which made it cozy for a quick trip. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated that they offered a shuttle to the events. My only downside was that the continental breakfast was unavailable during my visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at West Loop. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the United Center, which made attending events super convenient. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, allowing for a restful night. I appreciated the full-sized fridge and microwave. it was handy for keeping snacks. Parking was convenient but very limited, so I recommend arriving early. I did find the room to be smaller than expected, but it fit my needs for a one-night stay. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. However, I did experience some issues. The TV remote was missing, and even after I requested one, it never arrived. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, which affected our privacy a bit. Still, I enjoyed my overall experience here and would consider staying again for a quick trip.
